provided to the Team Leader and Engineer for:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Daily system performance report provided.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Develop and prepare annual capital projects in line with operational requirements, asset replacement, non-revenue water reduction, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identifying key areas of infrastructure improvements based on operational challenges and Formulation, development and implementation of operational and maintenance plans for the Operations and Maintenance function<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for all the major repair and maintenance works involving major water shutdown developed, reviewed and revised where required<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Effective planning, prioritization and successful organizing of the following ensured:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Planning and scheduling of customer complaints with reference to GENTRACK generated service orders.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Providing timely feedback to customer service on the progress and schedule of customer complaints<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Updating of GENTRACK Service Order and closing complaints upon completion in line with field team reports.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Service orders effectively prioritized and managed with reference to the GENTRACK report<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Draft and develop Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM) program to address the following:\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Dam and Access Road Maintenance including Treatment Plant compound cleaning.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Intake Screen Cleaning Schedule<\/li>\r\n \t<li>System flushing program at critical points &amp; end of mains.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare monthly Bulk and Transmission flow reading model.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Reservoir desilting and cleaning program, etc.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>PPM works on water infrastructure &amp; assets between from the reservoirs to the customer meter<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Timely completion of work orders delivered with minimal effect on operations\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) works under the guidance of and in consultation with Team Leader Operations &amp; Engineer Operations<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure required fittings are stocked together with equipment and materials required for repair and maintenance.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Manage and assign tasks to teams with monthly reporting on progress of assigned tasks against targets, monitoring of performance and achievements made.<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>In consultation and coordination with the Supervisor Water Treatment, ensure that the distribution systems are regularly monitored to ensure quality drinking water is supplied in line with the NWQL guidelines.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Quality and timely supervision of direct reports ensured\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Sound and timely technical advice provided to the Team Leader Operations, Engineer Operations &amp; Senior Engineers on operational matters for the respective assigned area \/ zone \/ district<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Supervises, leads and manages the team for all relevant maintenance and repair works ensuring full compliance with WAF Standards and OHS Practices at all times<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Undertake water system verifications, identify the gaps contributing to increased levels of Non-revenue Water (NRW) and put in place robust leakage detection practices to achieve a minimum of 5% NRW reduction per year and total of 15% NRW reduction in 3 year<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Review the existing hydraulic constraints on the respective Water Supply Scheme and put in place improvement plans to reduce the existing intermittent supply areas to zero within 3 years\u2019 ti<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Work progress for the O&amp;M function effectively monitored and reported to superiors\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Areas of staff performance and service delivery improvement identified and resolved appropriately<\/li>\r\n<\/ul>\r\n<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Full compliance with SOP,
