field activities between Engineers, Supervisors, Team Leaders and field crews to maximise productivity and ensure optimum utilisation of available resources.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure daily work orders, maintenance activities, shutdowns, valve operations, leak repairs, customer complaints, Non-Revenue Water (NRW) activities and emergency works are appropriately assigned, monitored and completed within agreed service levels.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor daily work progress and follow up outstanding operational activities with Supervisors and Team Leaders to ensure timely completion.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate emergency response activities, including burst mains, major leaks, supply interruptions and other operational incidents, ensuring relevant staff, equipment and materials are mobilised Administration and Technical Support<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Provide high quality administrative, operational and technical support to the Team Leader Operations, Engineers, Supervisors and Technical Officers to facilitate effective delivery of DMA and Distribution Network Services.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist with the preparation, review and implementation of operational plans, maintenance programmes, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), work instructions and operational guidelines.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate departmental meetings, toolbox meetings, operational briefings and planning sessions, including preparation of agendas, minutes and action registers.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Maintain comprehensive filing systems and document control for all operational correspondence, reports, technical documents, drawings and records in both electronic and hardcopy formats.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist with preparation of annual operational budgets, expenditure forecasts and monitoring of Coordination<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate the receipt, assessment, allocation and monitoring of customer complaints, requests and service orders received through Gentrack and other reporting platforms.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Ensure all customer requests are accurately logged, prioritised and assigned to the appropriate operational teams in accordance with the WAF Customer Charter and operational priorities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor work order completion, turnaround times and outstanding customer requests to ensure service level targets are achieved.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Liaise with Customer Experience teams and operational staff to ensure customers receive timely updates regarding service interruptions, repair progress and restoration works.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate the completion, verification and filing of Work Order Forms and supporting documentation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Analyse customer complaints and service request trends, identify recurring issues and provide recommendations \t<li><strong>Procurement, Stores and Logistics Coordination<\/strong>\r\n<ul>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate procurement requirements for the DMA &amp; Distribution Network teams to ensure uninterrupted operational activities.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare and process Asset Acquisition Forms (AAF), Stock Order Forms (SOF), Requests for Quotations (RFQ), Purchase Requisitions and other procurement documentation in accordance with WAF Procurement Policy.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Liaise with Procurement, Warehouse, Finance and suppliers to monitor procurement progress and expedite delivery of critical operational materials.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate the ordering, collection and distribution of fittings, valves, pipes, meters, repair materials, plant, equipment and consumables required for field operations.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Monitor stock availability and provide advance notification of potential shortages affecting operational delivery.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Verify procurement documentation prior to approval and ensure compliance with delegated authorities and procurement procedures.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Coordinate logistics support including transportation, fleet scheduling and equipment mobilisation
