annual compliance work plan.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Conduct compliance monitoring activities and reviews to assess adherence to laws, regulations, internal policies, procedures, and governance frameworks as direct by TL RC&amp;I and Head of IARC&amp;I.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist in maintaining the Compliance Register and monitoring compliance obligations across the Authority.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Identify compliance gaps, control deficiencies, and non-conformance issues and provide recommendations for corrective action to TL RC&amp;I.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Provide operational support and compliance guidance investigations relating to misconduct, fraud, policy breaches or unethical behaviour, and other reported incidents.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Collect, analyse, and maintain evidence, records, statements, and investigation documentation in a confidential and professional manner.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Assist TL RC&amp;I maintaining an Investigation Register and ensure proper case documentation.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Prepare investigation working papers, reports, findings, and correspondence for review by the Team Leader RC&amp;I and Head of IARC&amp;I.<\/li>\r\n \t<li>Conduct interviews, site inspections,
